Delighting taste buds for 10 years with innovative vegetarian food!

 

Celebrating their birthday this year, The Parsnipship have been delighting taste buds at festivals, food fairs and markets with their innovative vegetarian food since launching the business 10 years ago.

After feeling like difficult dinner guests and experiencing disappointing vegetarian options when eating out, Flo and Ben of The Parsnipship decided to take matters into their own hands. Drawing on Ben’s extensive cooking experience, they launched at Riverside Farmers’ Market in Cardiff serving their unique pies, bombs, burgers and crumbles.
 
 

We’re lucky enough to stock some of their tasty treats in our Farmshop including the standout Beetroot Bomb pie, an explosion of beetroot, carrot and cumin seeds. Other favourites include the Glamorgan Crumble and Wild Mushroom Nut Roast.
